CARLIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY was founded in Waterford, Connecticut as a design / build construction company. The company relocated to its present address in New London in September of 1999.

Since our inception, we have provided our services for a wide range of customers and building types. We have performed work in the role of a traditional General Contractor, construction managers and as a design / build General Contractor. Our projects have included new construction, renovations and additions to existing facilities.
