This eye surgery center on Cross Road in Waterford is the first of three surgery centers Carlin Construction has renovated for Waterford Realty Group. The finished space includes a patient reception area, two operating rooms, exam rooms and kitchen facilities.
At the outset, the initial sitework required the removal of over 8,000 cubic yards of rock, a factor that was not accounted for in the initial project scope. Carlin Construction performed the unexpected removal and disposal of this material, without affecting the promised final delivery date to the project owner.
