Carlin Construction provided construction management services for the 4,435-sf renovation of existing space to create a new Infusion Center Pharmacy on the 3rd Floor of the North Building at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. The scope of work included demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, casework, roofing, doors, frames, hardware, windows, stainless steel windows and panels, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, specialties, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical work.
