CARLIN served as Construction Manager for the renovation of four first-floor laboratory and office areas, totaling approximately 5,745 square feet, within occupied Building 257. The scope included demolition, concrete, masonry, millwork, roofing, doors and hardware, glass and glazing, metal stud and gypsum assemblies, acoustical ceilings, VCT and carpet tile flooring, painting, laboratory casework, fume hoods, Unistrut utility racks, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical work.
