Tao Group Hospitality owns several Beauty & Essex Restaurant locations in New York, Las Vegas and Los Angelos with the newest location being on the main floor of Mohegan Sun. The first phase of the renovation called for the select demolition of approximately 11,000 sf of existing space which was transformed into an entertainment & dining venue. The finished space provided a Pawn Shop, Lounge Entry Area, Bar & Lounge, two Dining Areas as well as a Private Dining Area. The project included a dedicated commercial kitchen to service the venue as well. Additional scope of work that completed this renovation included concrete, decorative masonry, misc. steel, millwork, doors & hardware, painting, flooring, aluminum storefront, acoustical ceilings, metal framing, gypsum board, specialty items, various equipment, furnishings, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
