Carlin Construction provided construction management services for the partial renovation (2,000 sf) of an existing 7,939 sf two story building to create a modern open classroom training space with a break and lunchroom for Bucher Emhart Glass, a global leader in automation in glass manufacturing. The renovations included selective demolition, millwork, rough carpentry, drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, aluminum storefront, glazing, doors, hardware, flooring, painting, lockers, washroom accessories, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
