Carlin Construction provided construction management services for a 11,348 SF pre-engineered building addition to an existing 12,720 SF office building that was also built by Carlin in 2014. The addition included demolition of existing siding, demolition of existing exterior EFIS, concrete work, steel, rough carpentry, EIFS, doors, frames, hardware, overhead door, gypsum board/drywall, painting, plumbing, fire protection and electrical work.
