One of the numerous and varied projects Carlin Construction has performed for Lawrence + Memorial Hospital which is now Yale New Haven Health, this assignment involved substantial renovations to the third floor of an existing medical office building. The project scope included demolition, rough carpentry, building insulation, flooring, acoustical ceilings, drywall and painting — along with systems for fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
